To a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup health mix, 4 teaspoon cane sugar, 1 teaspoon butter, a pinch salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
Using a whisk mix this well first.
Now add 1 cup milk to it.
Whisk well to form a thick batter.
Add water little by little.
Whisk well without any lumps.
The batter should be flowing without any lumps, adjust water accordingly.
See the consistency slightly thick but flowing.
I used my 1/3 cup measure to scoop out the batter. You can use any deep curved ladle for this.
Heat dosa tawa, check by splashing water over it. There should be bubbles appearing with a mild shh sound then the dosa tawa is ready. Slightly spread butter over the tawa.
Pour on the preheated dosa tawa, do not spread. Keep the flame in low.
Bubbles will start appearing.
See the bubbles are seen.
Cook covered for 1-2 minutes or until the top looks cooked.
Open and flip over. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Flip over and your healthy pancakes are ready!
