Mango Mojito

Mango Mojito is a cool cocktail made by blending mango puree with lemon, mint and ice cubes. Mango Mojito is a chill idea of drink for summer - refreshing & soothing. Mango Mojito clears the way trying varieties of mock tails at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 small sized mango ~1/2 cup mango puree
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 10-12 nos small ice cubes
  • 4 small size lemon wedges
  • 10 nos mint leaves
  • few sprigs mint
  • 1 cup chilled water

Instructions

  • Peel the skin from mangoes. Chop it roughly. Transfer to a mixer jar.
  • Add sugar to it and puree it until smooth. Now take ice cubes in a thick turkey towel.
  • Using a hand mortar and pestle crush it roughly. Now get ready with all your ingredients.
  • Take your serving glass - first add 2-3 small lemon wedges, add few mint leaves. Muddle well with a back of a ladle.
  • Muddle so that the juice is extracted. Now add 2-3 tablespoon of mango puree.
  • Mix well with a spoon. Add a tablespoon of crushed ice.
  • And finally add water, mix well with a spoon. Serve immediately with a mint sprig and a lemon slice. Enjoy Mango Mojito!

Notes

  • You can make 2 servings with the above mentioned recipe measures.
  • Make the drink in the serving glass itself.
  • Traditionally soda is used for this drink but we don't like soda water much so added plain chilled water.
  • The measures can be adjusted as per your liking.
