Get all the ingredients ready. Use these 7 ingredients to make this kadai masala powder.
To a kadai add all the ingredients listed under 'to roast and grind'.
Roast until slightly golden. Slow roast it but do not let it burn. Roast it for 7-10 mins in low flame that is enough.
Transfer to a plate and cool down completely.
Finally grind it in a dry mixer to a coarse mixture.
Kadai masala mixture should be coarse. Cool down completely.
Later store in a clean dry airtight container. In addition, use a clean dry spoon everytime.
