Notes
Lemon Juice – Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor. Add lemon juice after straining to avoid any bitterness.
Mint leaves – Use fresh, vibrant mint leaves. Add only the leaves for a fresh minty flavor. Avoid stems as they can make the juice slightly bitter.
Grinding – Grind with a small amount of water first to get a smooth paste. This helps release the flavor of mint and ginger better.
Straining – Always strain the mixture for a smooth, clear juice. It removes chunks and gives a better drinking experience.
Sweetness – You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. If you prefer a less sugary drink, start with a small amount of sugar and increase gradually.
Chilling – Refrigerate the juice for about 30 minutes before serving for an even more refreshing taste.
