Biscoff Spread Recipe

Biscoff Spread is a creamy, smooth, caramel flavoured spread with a mild hint of cinnamon. This spread is widely used on toasts, pancakes, waffles and in desserts like cheese cake and other baked goodies. Biscoff Spread is a cookie butter spread and this recipe can be made in 15 minutes. Recipe included with step by step pictures and video.

Ingredients

  • 20 biscoff biscuits
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • a tiny pinch salt

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar add 20 biscuits roughly broken.
  • Blend it fine first.
  • Add 2 tablespoon brown sugar.
  • Add 2 tablespoon melted butter.
  • Add 3 tablespoon milk- Add little more to adjust consistency.
  • Add ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder.
  • Add a tiny pinch of salt.
  • Now ready to blend.
  • Now blend to a smooth creamy consistency.
  • Transfer it to a dry glass jar.
  • Store in fridge.

Notes

  • Biscuits - I have used Bicoff Biscuits. You can use the same recipe for other flavoured biscuits too to make this cookie butter spread.
  • Sweetness - I have used brown sugar here but you can replace it with regular white sugar to. You can replace it with icing sugar too.
  • Don't skip salt - It enhances caramel flavour and creates a beautiful balance in taste and flavours.
  • Blending - Blend until smooth and creamy, in between scrape the sides.
  • Consistency - Make the consistency smooth and slightly runny and pourable as it will get thick when stored in fridge.
  • Shelf Life - As milk is used the shelf life is less, it keeps well for 5 days in fridge. You can extend shelf life by replacing milk with evaporated milk.
