  • 1 and ½ cups milk
  • 2 teaspoon cane sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Take boiled and cooled milk add sugar to it. Mix well and set aside.
  • Strain to remove impurities if any. Take a small apple remove the skin and chop into small cubes. Transfer to a mixer jar.
  • Add half of milk to it, puree it smooth then add remaining milk. Blend to a puree.
  • Add cinnamon powder to it. Mix well.
  • Take your favorite popsicle mould. Fill it with apple milk mixture.
  • Close with lid. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours. I freezed it overnight,
  • Next day show the moulds under running tap water, gently pull out the popsicles and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy Apple Cinnamon Popsicles!

Notes

  • Boil milk first – I boil milk and let it cool completely before using. This makes it safe and helps it blend better with apple puree.
  • Puree smoothly – I blend apple with half of milk first then add remaining milk. This helps it blend smooth without any lumps or chunks.
  • Remove impurities – I strain the mixture before filling moulds. This makes sure no small pieces or impurities stay in the popsicles.
  • Mix cinnamon well – I add cinnamon powder and mix it really well. This distributes the flavour evenly throughout the mixture.
  • Fill carefully – I pour the mixture slowly into popsicle moulds. Don’t overfill or the mixture spill out when it freeze.
  • Freeze long enough – I freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Overnight freeze works best because it freezes completely and solid from all sides.
