Eggless mango muffins recipe using whole wheat flour.

Dry ingredients:
  • 1 levelled cup wheat flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Wet ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 heaped cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  1. To a siever add wheat flour,baking powder,baking soda and cardamom powder.

  2. Sieve it well for even mixing,Set aside. In another mixing bowl add powdered sugar,melted butter.

  3. Mix well using a hand whisk.

  4. Add mango puree, mix it(missed the pic) then add flour mixture.

  5. Mix it once.Then add milk and mix well.Preheat oven at 180 deg C.

  6. Using a spatula bring the batter together.Using a icecream scooper scoop.

  7. Line muffin liners inside the muffin pan.Now scoop out the dough in each muffin liner only till 3/4th.Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 18-20mins or until a tooth pick inserted at the center comes out clean.Cool down for a while then enjoy!
