Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk boiled and cooled
  • 1/2 cup mango jelly
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl - take milk, add sugar to it. Mix well until sugar completely dissolves. Make sure the milk is completely cool.
  • Chop the jellies. I used homemade mango jelly. Add it to the milk mixture and set aside for 10mins.
  • Take your popsicle mould. Fill the mould leaving some space at the top. Close with lid and freeze for at least 8 hours.
  • Then show the bottom part of the popsicle mould in running tap water and then remove the popsicles carefully. Serve Mango Jelly Pops immediately!

Notes

  • If you prefer you can add mango or vanilla essence in the milk.
  • Make sure to give at least 5-10mins standing time after the jelly is added to the milk so that it blends well with the milk.
