Rinse 2 medium sized mangoes well cut and scoop the pulp and discard the skin.
Scoop out all the fleshy pulp part from the mangoes.
Add 2 tablespoon sugar to it. Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of the mangoes.
Add 1 cardamom(skin removed).
Add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup water to it.
Blend until smooth and creamy like this.
Pour into popsicle molds. You can use paper cups or small steel steel tumblers too if you don't have popsicle molds.
Leave at least 1/2 inch space on top.
Cover with aluminium foil. Slit a small hole using a knife for the ice cream sticks to be inserted.
Insert ice cream sticks. Freeze for 8 hours minimum. I usually freeze it overnight.
Remove from freezer and dip the outside of the mold in water.
Remove the foil. Gently pull out the popsicles.
Mango popsicles are ready!
Enjoy immediately!
