Grape Juice

Grape Juice is a refreshing, tasty drink made by blending grapes with sugar & lemon extract. Grape Juice is an ideal way to beat the heat of summer healthily. Grape Juice Recipe is presented in this post with step by step pictures.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups black grapes
  • lemon juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 cup sugar adjust based on your preferences
  • water as needed
  • 10 to 12 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Remove the grapes from its stem, rinse it well. Transfer it to a blender / mixer.
  • Grind it along with little water to a fine paste.
  • Strain through a metal strainer, add water for the juice to easily strain. Discard the seeds and the waste.
  • Squeeze lemon juice.
  • Add sugar and stir well until sugar is dissolved completely.
  • Add ice cubes while serving and enjoy Grapes Juice.

Notes

  • Adjust sugar level according to the sourness of the grapes.
  • Don't dilute the juice more….add ice cubes only while serving else the juice will be more diluted.
