Strawberry Juice

Strawberry Juice is a heart filling cool drink made by blending strawberries with lemon extract and sugar. Strawberry Juice is simple, quick to make and a great choice replacement for tea / coffee during summer. Strawberry Juice Recipe is explained in this post with step by step pictures.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh & chopped roughly
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adjust according to taste
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Wash strawberries in water and drain. Remove leaves and chop strawberries roughly
  • Blend strawberries along with other ingredients except ice cubes.
  • Add ice cubes while serving and serve chilled.

To make the strawberry sauce (which can be refrigerated and stored for 3-4 days):

  • Blend chopped strawberries and sugar together in a mixer until smooth – don't add water.
  • Then take the mixture in a sauce pan and cook until a single boil. Allow it to cool then store it.
  • For 1/2 cup of water add 2 tablespoon of sauce and lemon juice. Add sugar if needed. Just blend once and add ice cubes before serving. Enjoy Strawberry Juice!
