Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Boil milk and simmer for a minute. Then add 2 to 3 tablespoon hot milk to a container. Close tight.
  • To a bowl add coffee powder add hot water to it. Mix well. You can use the traditional method to make coffee decoction too.
  • Add this instant decoction to boiled milk. Add sugar to it. Mix well.
  • Then add vanilla essence to it. Mix well. Now shake the bottle(containing milk) to make froth manually. You can even use electric coffee frother.
  • Now for serving: Add coffee till almost 3/4 of the the cup add the froth. Sprinkle coffee powder and serve.
  • Serve Vanilla Latte hot!
