Banana Peanut Butter Popsicle

Banana Peanut Butter Popsicle is a delicious cool bar made by freezing a blend of sliced banana and milk flavoured with peanut butter. Banana Peanut Butter Popsicle is a treat for family in the summer holidays with the goodness of Banana.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup milk boiled and cooled
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar - take curd, milk and banana. Add brown sugar to it.
  • Add peanut butter and blend until smooth and creamy. Take your favorite popsicle mould.
  • Pour into popsicle mould leaving 1 cm on top. Close with lid.
  • Freeze for at least 6-8 hrs. Then show the bottom part in running tap water and then remove the popsicles carefully.
  • Serve Banana Peanut Butter Popsicle immediately!

Notes

  • You can use chunky or creamy peanut butter as you like.
  • You can add a teaspoon of coco powder if you like chocolate flavour.
