Healthy Chocolate Muffins
Healthy Chocolate Muffins are tasty, fluffy cakes made by baking a blend of flour, butter, coco powder and sugar. Healthy Chocolate Muffins are delight treats for evening snacks and could be made in minutes.

To a mixing bowl add maida, wheat flour and coco powder.
Add baking powder and baking soda. Whisk well.
In another mixing bowl add butter and sugar. Whisk till creamy.
Add vanilla essence and mix well.
Add little of flour mixture and little of buttermilk. Alternate and add. Mix it well.
Preheat oven at 180 deg C.
Mix to form a smooth creamy batter.
Using a icecream scooper, scoop the batter and fill the muffin liners.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 15-18 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
Serve Healthy Chocolate Muffins warm!
