Healthy Chocolate Muffins are tasty, fluffy cakes made by baking a blend of flour, butter, coco powder and sugar. Healthy Chocolate Muffins are delight treats for evening snacks and could be made in minutes.

  • To a mixing bowl add maida, wheat flour and coco powder.
  • Add baking powder and baking soda. Whisk well.
  • In another mixing bowl add butter and sugar. Whisk till creamy.
  • Add vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Add little of flour mixture and little of buttermilk. Alternate and add. Mix it well.
  • Preheat oven at 180 deg C.
  • Mix to form a smooth creamy batter.
  • Using a icecream scooper, scoop the batter and fill the muffin liners.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 15-18 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
  • Serve Healthy Chocolate Muffins warm!
