Gulkand Milkshake

Gulkand Milkshake is a soothing, delicious cool drink made by blending gulkand, rose flavour with milk. Gulkand Milkshake is a good alternate to tea, coffee for managing the scorching heat of the summer and could be made in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/4* cups milk boiled and cooled
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon gulkand
  • 1 teaspoon rose syrup

*Freeze 1 cup milk

    Instructions

    • Freeze 1 cup milk for at least 5 hours or until solid. Transfer frozen milk to mixer jar.
    • Add gulkand and rose syrup.
    • Blend it for few seconds then add milk and blend again until smooth and frothy.
    • Pour into serving glass and Serve Gulkand Milkshake chilled!
