Gulkand Milk

Gulkand Milk is a flavourful, yummy drink made by simmering milk with gulkand. Gulkand Milk is a healthy alternate to tea & coffee for evenings and after dinner. Gulkand Milk is loved by all for its taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon gulkand

Instructions

  • Boil milk then simmer for 5 mins. Switch off.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of gulkand and add it to hot milk.
  • Mix well, pour in serving mug and serve Gulkand Milk.

Notes

  • I did not add sugar as the jam itself was very sweet so when added to milk it was just right. If you want you can add 1 teaspoon sugar if you prefer.
