Energy Balls

Energy Balls are healthy, tasty snack made by blending dates, corn flakes, and nuts. Energy Balls are one of the easiest and no cook snack you can make in a jiffy. Energy Balls can be relished as a breakfast or anytime snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dates deseeded
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 3/4 cup cornflakes

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar - add almonds, grind it coarsely then add dates.
  • Grind it coarse then finally add cornflakes and pulse it for few times.
  • Transfer to a mixing bowl and shape them into small balls. Yes as easy as that! :)

Notes

  • You can use any of your favorite nuts.
  • You can use apricots, raisins etc.
  • It keeps well for a about a week in room temperature itself. Use dry hands while picking u also make sure there is no moisture content in mixer jar while grinding.
