To a mixing bowl - add wheat flour, white flour and baking powder.
Add baking soda, sugar and oil.
Add curd and required salt.
Mix well with your finger tips for even mixing, then add water little by little and knead to form a smooth dough not too stiff not too loose just like our chapathi dough.
Cling wrap the dough and leave aside for at least 2-3 hours in a warm place.
Meanwhile prepare the topping - Heat a teaspoon of oil, sauté baby corn, capsicum and onion along with oregano and chilli flakes.
Sauté for 2mins, set aside.
Now the dough must have risen. Get ready with all other ingredients.
Punch down and divide the dough into 3 balls. Take a ball flatten it thick or thin as per your liking, I made a slightly thin base. Prick with fork.
Brush the top with oil, heat a tawa or skillet. Carefully transfer the base to the skillet. Simmer and cook for 3 mins.
Flip to other side and cook for 3 mins. Now spread pizza sauce, arrange the vegetables.
Sprinkle cheese, cook covered for 2 mins or until cheese is gooey and melts. Switch off, remove and cut into wedges and serve Tawa Pizza immediately.
