Take curd,whisk it well.I used my hand blender.Add honey.
Then add milk,vanilla essence,whisk it.Peel the skin form carrots,trim the edges then pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles or until soft.
Puree it and set aside.take your favourite popsicle mould.
First add yogurt mixture then add 2 spoons of carrot mixture, alternate it.
Fill it up till you reach the rim.Cover with aluminium foil and freeze for 2 hours, then insert icecream sticks.You can alternatively close with the popsicle lid too.Freeze overnight or atleast for 6-8 hours.Remove the foil, show the bottom part in running tap water and then remove the popsicles carefully.Serve immediately!
