Ingredients

  • 30 nos gummy bears (I used a packet of just jelly)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • To a mixing bowl add water, then add sugar.
  • Add lemon juice, mix well until sugar completely dissolves.
  • Now take your popsicle mould, add gummy bears almost till 3/4th of each mould.
  • Add lemon juice to it till rim of each of mould.Close with lid.
  • Freeze for atleast 6-8 hrs.Then show the mould under running tap water and demould the popsicles and serve immediately.

Notes

  • The number of gummy bears for each mould depends purely on your preference but add more only then it will float else it will only settle at the bottom.So I chose a smaller popsicle mould.
