Gummy bear popsicles
Gummy bear popsicles with step by step pictures.
- 30 nos gummy bears (I used a packet of just jelly)
- 1 and 1/2 cups water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
To a mixing bowl add water, then add sugar.
Add lemon juice, mix well until sugar completely dissolves.
Now take your popsicle mould, add gummy bears almost till 3/4th of each mould.
Add lemon juice to it till rim of each of mould.Close with lid.
Freeze for atleast 6-8 hrs.Then show the mould under running tap water and demould the popsicles and serve immediately.
- The number of gummy bears for each mould depends purely on your preference but add more only then it will float else it will only settle at the bottom.So I chose a smaller popsicle mould.
