Mango Yogurt Parfait is a creamy & crunchy dessert made by layering mango puree, flavoured yogurt &granola alternatively and chilling it. Mango Yogurt Parfait is a cool, quick dessert to make the day & moment special. Mango Yogurt Parfait soothes the tummy & heart.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 3/4 cup thick yogurt
  • 3/4 cup granola
  • 2 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • Peel the skin from mangoes, chop it roughly.
  • Transfer it to a mixer jar and puree it, set aside. Now get ready with other ingredients too.
  • Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl, add honey to it and whisk it well. Set aside.
  • Now take the serving glass, first add mango puree, then add yoghurt.
  • Now add granola, now repeat the same process till it reaches almost 3/4 of the rim of the glass.
  • Top it up with chopped mangoes if you like. Chill it and Serve yummy Mango Yogurt Parfait!

Notes

  • You can use sugar along with mangoes if you want.
  • I used homemade granola, you can use store bought or make your own batch too.
