Cinnamon tea a simple comforting tea with cinnamon, honey and lemon. It works as a great weightloss recipe when consumed in empty stomach early morning.

Ingredients
1cupwater
3one inchcinnamon sticks
honey to taste
juice from 1/2 lemon
Instructions
To begin with first start by adding water to a sauce pan.
Then boil it.
Once it starts to boil rigourously add cinnamon barks.
Simmer for about 10 mins or until the water color changes to light brown.
Close and set aside for 5-10 mins for the flavour to steep in well.
After that, strain to serving glass.
Add honey to taste.
Add lemon juice to it.
Mix well and Serve!
Serve cinnamon tea hot or warm!
Notes
After adding cinnamon sticks simmer until the flavour infuses well in the water.
Choose cinnamon sticks with rough outer surface.
It is best to consume fresh,so serve it hot or warm.
