Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 3 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • To begin with : get all your ingredients ready.
  • First add milk powder, powdered sugar and butter to a mixer.
  • Boil water until bubbles appear and then add it to the mixer.
  • Blend this well first then add more water little by little to a smooth paste.
  • Cool down and then store Condensed milk in an airtight container.

  • The taste of condensed milk purely depends on your milk powder too.
    Use good quality milk powder  -  Nestle or Amulya which tastes great.
  • Be careful while adding water.
  • Add 1/4 cup water blend it then add water little by little to get to the required consistency.
  • Use a clean dry spoon every time to increase its shelf life.
