White Chocolate Muffins

White chocolate muffins are tasty, spongy cakes made with baking flour with butter, chocolate and sugar. White chocolate muffins are a great snack idea for evening snack and special occasions.

  • 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 nno egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate (1/3 cup for mixing + 2 tbsp for topping)


  • Preheat oven at 180 deg C for 10 mins.To a mixing bowl - add an egg, sugar and butter.
  • Add milk to it whisk it well.
  • Then add vanilla essence mix well.Now sieve flour and baking powder to it.
  • Mix well without any lumps.Now add 1/3 cup chopped white chocolate.
  • Fold it with a spatula, do not overmix.Using a icecream scooper scoop out.
  • Line muffin liners to the muffin pan.Add the batter till 3/4 th og the liner.Top with chocolate chopped.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 18-20 mins until a tooth inserted at center comes out clean without sticking. Enjoy White Chocolate Muffins!


  • You can replace wheat flour with maida too.
  • But if you are using maida then youmay not need more milk so add little by little to get a flowing slightly thick batter.
  • You can replace white chocolate with choco chips too.
