Boil water add sago to it.Cook until it turns transparent.
Drain water and set aside to cool.Meanwhile prepare jelly as per pack instructions.
I made yellow,green and red color jellies.I used 2 packs yellow and red and mixed half of yellow jelly mix with green food color to get green jelly.Cut them into small cubes.Now jellies are ready.To a mixing bowl add milk.
Add condensed milk to it.Add cooked sago and fruits.
Add 3 colored jellies,rosemilk essence mix well and serve chilled.
Choose fruits that do not have water content.
Traditionally evaporated milk is used but I simmered milk for few mins, cooled down then used it.
