Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk boiled & cooled
  • 2 teaspoon sugar

For dalgona coffee cream:

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • You may not need fully take only 2 tablespoon of prepared mixture for this recipe

Instructions

  • To a mixing bowl add coffee powder then add sugar and hot water to it.
  • Whisk well. Keep whisking. It takes time when we use hand whisk electric beater makes it faster. It will slowly get thicker.
  • Whisk until it form soft peaks like this. Now whipped coffee cream is ready. It gives good volume. Use only what is needed and store the rest. You may not need fully take only 2 tablespoon of prepared mixture for this recipe
  • To milk add sugar, mix well and set aside.
  • Get your popsicle mould ready. Take coffee cream.
  • To popsicle mould first fill 1/4 th of the mould coffee cream then add milk, slightly mix it with the ice cream stick or spoon.
  • Cover with foil insert ice cream sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Remove the foil  then show the outer part in running water and slowly demould the popsicles.
