Mint Tea is a flavourful, healthy drink made by blending mint leaves in the regular making of tea. Mint Tea is a reliever of digestion &breathing difficulty and freshens breathe too. Mint Tea is a must try at home for its flavour and health benefits.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 nos mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon tea powder

Instructions

  • To a sauce pan - add water, mint leaves to it.
  • Let it boil for 2 mins. Then add tea powder to it.
  • Let it boil for 3 mins until you get a thick decoction. Now add milk to it.
  • Give a rolling boil. Switch off.
  • Add sugar to it. Strain, froth well and serve Mint Tea hot!
