Vegan mango milkshake recipe
Vegan mango milkshake recipe a creamy no milk milkshake.I have used coconut milk but you can replace it with any nuts milk like almond or cashew too.
- 1 cup mangoes roughly chopped
- 1 and 1/2 cups thick coconut milk
- 4 nos cashews whole
- 2 teaspoon sugar (I used cane sugar)
- 5 nos ice cubes
- nuts chopped for garnish
To a mixer jar add 1 cup mangoes.Add 1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk and cashews to it.
Add sugar and ice cubes.Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of your mangoes.
Blend until smooth and creamy.Garnish with nuts.
Serve chilled!
