Mango Vermicelli Popsicle

Mango Vermicelli Popsicle is a crispy & soft delicious dessert bar made by simmering milk with semiya /vermicelli, blending it with mango juice and freezing it. Mango Vermicelli Popsicle is a treat for the family that cherishes falooda memories after weekend lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 2 tablespoon sugar + 1 teaspoon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vermicelli
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • a pinch cardamom powder

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar - add mangoes and 2 tablespoon sugar, blend it to a puree. Add milk to it. Blend until smooth.
  • Heat remaining milk in a sauce pan - add vermicelli to it and cook.
  • Cook until vermicelli turns soft but not too mushy, cool down completely. Add it to mango milk.
  • Add 1 teaspoon sugar (if needed) then add cardamom powder. Mix well.
  • Now mango vermicelli mixture is ready. Take your favorite popsicle mould. Fill the mould leaving some space at the top.
  • Close with lid and freeze for at least 8 hours. Then show the bottom part of the popsicle mould in running tap water and then remove the popsicles carefully. Serve Mango Vermicelli immediately!
