Tutti Frutti Ice Cream

Tutti Frutti Ice Cream is a heavenly bliss dessert made by blending whisked fresh cream, powdered sugar & tutti frutti and freezing it. Tutti Frutti Ice Cream fills the heart, soothes the tummy and makes the day special.

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/4 cups cream I used frozen whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup milk boiled and cooled
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup tutti frutti

Instructions

  • Take cream in a mixing bowl whisk well until soft and creamy.
  • Blend until soft peaks like this forms. Now add powdered sugar and milk powder.
  • Whisk again for even mixing.
  • Add vanilla essence and milk.
  • Whisk again once then add tutti frutti. Fold in using a spatula.
  • Transfer to freezer safe container. Cover with butter paper then close with lid. This is to avoid formation of ice crystal, you can use a cling wrap too.
  • Freeze at least for 8 hours. I freezed it overnight.
  • Next day gently pull out the butter paper. Scoop and serve.
  • Serve Tutti Frutti Ice cream chilled!
