Apple Cinnamon Popsicles

Apple Cinnamon Popsicles are creamy, delicious dessert bars made by freezing a blend of apple juice, milk and cinnamon flavours in mould. Apple Cinnamon Popsicles are surprise treat for kids in summer holidays and a healthy resort to manage the sweltering heat of the summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 no small apple
  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoon cane sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Take boiled and cooled milk add sugar to it. Mix well and set aside.
  • Strain to remove impurities if any. Take a small apple remove the skin and chop into small cubes. Transfer to a mixer jar.
  • Add half of milk to it, puree it smooth then add remaining milk. Blend to a puree.
  • Add cinnamon powder to it. Mix well.
  • Take your favorite popsicle mould. Fill it with apple milk mixture.
  • Close with lid. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours. I freezed it overnight,
  • Next day show the moulds under running tap water, gently pull out the popsicles and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy Apple Cinnamon Popsicles!
