Nannari sarbath lassi recipe a quick easy and refreshing drink.
1cupchilled thick curd
1/4cupchilled (boiled and cooled)
3 tbspnannari sarbath
1tspchopped nuts for garnish(optional)
To a mixing jug, add curd, then add chilled milk and nannari syrup.
Blend well until frothy and serve immediately.I did not add sugar as the sweetness in the syrup was just right.If you want you can add a tsp of sugar while blending.I used my blender you can use mixer too.
Serve chilled with chopped almonds and a drizzle of nannari syrup.
Add sugar if needed.
If your milk and curd is not chilled add icecubes wuile blending in that case user mixer to blend.I used my blender attachment.
