Mango Ambrosia

Mango Ambrosia is a delicious assortment of custardy mango, fruits & flavours that the family craves for more. Mango Ambrosia is simple and easy to make in minutes. Mango ambrosia is a healthy snack cum dessert compared to the packed foods.

Ingredients

  • 2 small sized mangoes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon sugar
  • few strands saffron
  • 1 cup fresh fruits I used apple, banana, pomegranate, mango, pineapple, grapes etc.

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar - add mango pulp, sugar and saffron.
  • Add milk to it. Blend it well finally add fresh cream and give a quick blend. Now our mango custard is ready.
  • To a mixing bowl - add mixed fruits.
  • Add the custard on top, give it a quick mix. Chill Mango Ambrosia until serving time.

Notes

  • The consistency of the custard can be adjusted according to your choice. If you want it thin then add more milk.
  • You can use any mixed fruit of your choice. I used apple, banana, pomegranate, mango, pineapple, grapes etc.
