Ingredients

  • 3 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1/2 cup capsicum sliced
  • 1/4 cup onion sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 cup mozarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat butter, add capsicum and onion.Saute for 2 mins then add salt, pepper powder and oregano.
  • Saute for 2 mins then switch off.
  • Take your bread slices. I used homemade multigrain bread(will post the recipe soon). Spread mayo over it. Add onion capsicum on it.
  • Then sprinkle cheese over it to cover up.
  • Heat butter add the bread slices and toast.Sprinkle chilli flakes.Cook covered for a minute until the cheese melts and the base turns crisp.
  • Serve Bell Pepper Sandwich immediately.
