Prunes Smoothie is a tasty, comforting drink made by blending prunes, butter, cubed apple, honey and nuts with chilled milk. Prunes Smoothie is healthy and relieves of constipation, lowers blood pressure & aids indigestion. Prunes Smoothie is relished as filling breakfast or as anytime soft drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chilled milk boiled and cooled
  • 5 nos prunes
  • 1 tablespoon quick cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped apples
  • 5 nos almonds

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar - add milk and prunes.
  • Add oats,honey and peanut butter.
  • Finally add almonds and apple cubes.Blend until smooth and frothy.

Notes

  • I wanted to add chia seeds, took and kept but forgot to add. So you can add the ingredients which you like plus or minus according to your preference.
  • Mix well before serving or drinking as the nuts and dry fruits goes and settles at the bottom.
