Ingredients
  • 2 cups chilled milk(boiled and cooled)
  • 5 nos prunes
  • 1 tbsp quick cooking oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped apples
  • 5 nos almonds
Instructions
  1. To a mixer jar - add milk and prunes.

  2. Add oats,honey and peanut butter.

  3. Finally add almonds and apple cubes.Blend until smooth and frothy.
