Prunes Smoothie
Prunes Smoothie is a tasty, comforting drink made by blending prunes, butter, cubed apple, honey and nuts with chilled milk. Prunes Smoothie is healthy and relieves of constipation, lowers blood pressure & aids indigestion. Prunes Smoothie is relished as filling breakfast or as anytime soft drink.

2 cups chilled milk boiled and cooled 5 nos prunes 1 tablespoon quick cooking oats 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1/4 cup chopped apples 5 nos almonds
To a mixer jar - add milk and prunes.
Add oats,honey and peanut butter.
Finally add almonds and apple cubes.Blend until smooth and frothy.
I wanted to add chia seeds, took and kept but forgot to add. So you can add the ingredients which you like plus or minus according to your preference.
Mix well before serving or drinking as the nuts and dry fruits goes and settles at the bottom.
