Prunes smoothie recipe
Prunes smoothie recipe best for breakfast as it keeps you full till lunch time.
- 2 cups chilled milk(boiled and cooled)
- 5 nos prunes
- 1 tbsp quick cooking oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped apples
- 5 nos almonds
To a mixer jar - add milk and prunes.
Add oats,honey and peanut butter.
Finally add almonds and apple cubes.Blend until smooth and frothy.
- I wanted to add chia seeds, took and kept but forgot to add.So you can add the ingredients which you like plus or minus according to your preference.
- Mix well before serving or drinking as the nuts and dry fruits goes and settles at the bottom.
