  • 2 cups chilled milk(boiled and cooled)
  • 5 nos prunes
  • 1 tbsp quick cooking oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped apples
  • 5 nos almonds


  • To a mixer jar - add milk and prunes.
  • Add oats,honey and peanut butter.
  • Finally add almonds and apple cubes.Blend until smooth and frothy.


  • I wanted to add chia seeds, took and kept but forgot to add.So you can add the ingredients which you like plus or minus according to your preference.
  • Mix well before serving or drinking as the nuts and dry fruits goes and settles at the bottom.
