Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 6 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1/8 cup icing sugar

Instructions

  • To a sieve add 1/8 cup powdered sugar, 6 tablespoon milk powder.
  • Sieve it well.
  • Discard the remains.
  • Give a quick mix and set it aside.
  • Add water to a sauce pan - let it boil.
  • Place a heat proof bowl over it. Make sure the bowl is dry and the base of the bowl should not touch the boiling water. Add 1/4 cup coconut oil to the bowl.
  • Add sieved ingredients. Add in 2 batches.
  • Whisk it well without any lumps then add next batch.
  • The mixture should be smooth without lumps. Switch off and remove the bowl.
  • Immediately pour into the mold.
  • Tap few times then set in fridge for minimum 1 hour.
  • This is after setting the chocolate in fridge for 1 hour. Homemade chocolate is ready.
  • Remove from the mold.
  • Homemade white chocolate is ready. Refrigerate it until serving time.
