To make savory porridge:

  • Take health mix in a sauce pan,Add water.Whisk to avoid lumps.
  • Add jeera powder,mix it.Now cook this mixture in low flame for 10mins.
  • Cook until thick and glossy. It should coat the laddle like this.Now this is done.Serve warm!

To make sweet porridge:

  • Take health mix in a sauce pan,Add water.Whisk to avoid lumps.
  • Cook until slightly thick then add jaggery syrup,ghee.
  • Then add cardamom powder and cook in low flame for 10 mins.
  • Cook until thick and glossy. It should coat the laddle and will be in pudding consistency.Switch off.

Notes

  • You can skip cardamom powder.
  • I have skipped salt in this porridge.If the babies are over one year you can add salt.
