Rinse green gram dal and black urad dal, drain water and roast them in a thick bottomed pan. Roast until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
Rinse masoor dal and moong dal. Drain water. Transfer to a pan and start roasting. Roast until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
Rinse rice. Drain water. Roast until golden. It should resemble more or like puffed rice. Transfer to a plate.
Dry roast sago until golden. Transfer to a plate.
Dry roast broken wheat until golden. Transfer to a plate.
Dry roast gram dal until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
Now roast cashew and badam until brown spots appear here and there.
Cool the roasted ingredients completely. Mix it well.
Now transfer to a mixer jar in batches. Grind to a fine powder.
Sieve it well. Collect the scrap and add it to next batch for grinding. Now the health mix powder is ready.
