Make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs everytime - Its easy with just few steps. No undercooking or no overcooking with the exact timing and tips you can get hard boiled eggs everytime that are perfecty to make deviled eggs, egg salad, sliced eggs etc. Here I have shared tips and tricks to make hard boiled eggs perfectly every time with stepwise pictures and video.

Ingredients

  • 2 nos brown eggs
  • water

Instructions

  • Add 3 cups water to a sauce pan.
  • Let it boil well.
  • Add the eggs - While adding make sure to add it gently without hitting the bottom of the pan too hard else it will break and leak in the water.
  • Cook in medium flame for 14 mins exactly. Set a timer and keep an eye.
  • After exactly 14 mins switch off.
  • Using a tong remove the eggs.
  • Add the eggs to a bowl containing ice cold water. Set aside for few mins.
  • Now remove the eggs from the bowl.
  • Eggs are peeled and ready.
  • Place it on a chopping board and slice into half as shown.
  • Perfect hard boiled eggs are ready!
  • You can just sprinkle salt and pepper and serve! Or use it in salads or sandwiches or devilled eggs.

Notes

  • Always use ice cold water or add icecubes to water and keep it ready.
  • Hard boiled eggs can be easily sliced using a slicer or knife to use it in sandwiches.
  • Over cooked eggs give a green coating so be very careful on the timing.
