First heat oil and add peanuts and fry until crisp, remove and set aside.
Now add fried gram dal and fry until golden, remove and set aside.
Add chopped almonds, fry until golden, remove and set aside.
Now add raisins and fry until it bubbles up and golden, remove and set aside.
Fry coconut pieces. Fry until golden brown, remove and set aside.
Now add green chillies and curry leaves and fry until crispy.
Now add all other ingredients to the pan and toss them well.
Add the spice powder along with salt and sugar. Toss it well for even mixing.
Now add puffed rice, toss it well. Switch off.
