Ingredients
2nos small sizedlemon
1/3cupgranulated sugar
1/4cupwater
fewicecubes
chilledwater as needed
fewlemon slices
Instructions
Cut the lemons into half and extract juice from it, discard the seeds.
In a pan, take sugar. Add water to it. Boil in low flame, stirring occasionally.
When the syrup starts to thicken and is sticky switch off. No string consistency just wait till the syrup turns sticky that is enough.
Cool down completely then add extracted lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
You can refrigerate and store it at least for a month. Now take your serving glasses, ice cubes and chilled water.
First add few ice cubes into the serving glass, then spoon sugar syrup say 1 to 2 tablespoon.
Then add chilled water, add lemon slices and serve Lemonade immediately.
Notes
Add lemon syrup according to your taste. Adjust chilled water accordingly.
