Watermelon Popsicle | Watermelon Ice Pops

Watermelon Popsicle is a tasty cool bar made by freezing watermelon juice in mould. Watermelon Ice is a good choice of dessert to manage ice craving after lunch during weekends & to manage the sweltering heat in summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon cubed roughly
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • First remove the skin then chop them roughly, discard the seeds. Transfer cubed watermelon to a mixer jar.
  • Transfer to a mixing bowl, add lemon juice.
  • Add honey, whisk for even mixing.
  • Take your favorite popsicle mould, and pour the juice mix into the mould .Close with lid.
  • Freeze for at least 6-8 hrs.
  • Then show the bottom part in running tap water and then remove the popsicles carefully. Serve Watermelon Ice Pops!

Notes

  • You can skip lemon juice if you don't prefer the tangy taste.
  • You can replace honey with sugar or any sweetener of your choice.
