Lemon Soda recipe | Fresh Lime Soda Recipe

Lemon soda recipe with salt and sugar, a tangy and refreshing drink for summer!

Ingredients

  • 4 nos lemon
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon chilled water
  • 1 cup soda
  • few nos ice cubes

Instructions

  • Cut lemons into half, squeeze them using a lemon squeezer to extract juice.
  • Now gather all the ingredients and keep it ready. First take the serving glass. Add lemon juice (a tablespoon or so),then add salt and sugar as per your preference.
  • Add 1/4 cup water, mix well using a spoon. Stir it until sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add ice cubes, then pour soda. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and serve Lemon Soda immediately.

  • Lemon soda has to be served immediately.
  • Add salt and sugar as per your liking.
  • You can skip sugar if you don't like it.
  • Always make lemon soda fresh and serve it.
  • May be incase if you have extra lemon juice you can use it the next day but assembling and serving make it instantly and serve it.
  • I love mine a bit more sweet so add more sugar but this 2 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon will be a perfect balance for salt and sweet lovers.Feel free to adjust the measures according to your preference.
  • You can even muddle a slice of lemon and add it to the drink.
  • If you like mint flavour crush lemon and mint leaves roughly and add it for a mild flavour.
