Mango Juice

Mango Juice is a juicy, yummy drink made by blending mangoes with sugar and water. Mango Juice is a great choice of drink to relish with family or in get-together. Mango Juice Recipe is explained in this recipe with step by step pictures and video.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mangoes
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • few ice cubes

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar add 2 cups mangoes(chopped).
  • Add 2 tablespoon sugar to it.
  • Add 1/2 cup chill water.
  • Add few icecubes.
  • Blend until smooth. Adjust with water if it is too thick.
  • Blended well. Taste check and add more sugar if you want.
  • Pour into serving glass and serve with icecubes and a small sprig of mint leaves.
  • Mango Juice is ready!

Notes

  • Adding icecubes will dilute the juice more so adjust water level accordingly.
  • You can skip sugar and add honey instead.
  • You can choose any variety of mango of your choice that is suitable for juice - Choose mangoes that are sweet and less fibrous.
  • Adjust sugar level according to the sweetness of mango.
