  • 1 apple chopped roughly after peeling the skin
  • 1 cup chilled milk boiled, cooled & chilled
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 scoop vanilla icecream

Notes

  • You can soak 4 almonds in milk and add it. Adding almonds makes the shake more creamy and thick.
  • If you don not have vanilla ice cream at home just skip it and replace it with 1/2 cup frozen milk and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence.
  • Adding chilled milk delays the milkshake from changing its color.
  • To avoid apples from browning as soon as you cut the apples soak in water with a pinch of salt.
  • You can even add a pinch of cinnamon powder as apple and cinnamon are a great combo.
