Chikoo Milkshake is a yummy delight drink made by blending chikku with milk & sugar. Chikoo Milkshake is a treat for chikku lovers and a healthy & simple drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup ripe chikku skin peeled, deseeded and chopped finely
  • 2 teaspoon honey asdjust as per taste

Instructions

  • Blend the chikku with 1/2 cup milk in a mixer for 30 seconds till the chikku becomes pastey .
  • Add the remaining milk, honey and blend for 10 more seconds.
  • Garnish with honey if preferred and serve Chikoo Milkshake chilled.

Notes

  • Adding sugar or honey is purely your choice but I like the honey flavour in this.
  • You can also add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and blend it along with the milkshake for a richer taste.
  • Choose ripe sapota /chikku for milkshake.
