Measure quinoa, rinse it in water at least twice then soak in water for at least 15mins.
Drain water and set the quinoa aside.
Boil water, add drained quinoa.
Cook covered for 10mins or until all the water is absorbed and quinoa is cooked.
Now add milk and let it cook for few mins. Add cane sugar.
Add coco powder and custard powder, add a tablespoon of milk to it. Mix well so that the mixture is smooth without any lumps.
By the time quinoa must have nicely blended with milk, but should be runny not too thick, this is the right stage. Add coco powder mixture to it.
Mix well and let it to cook until it turns to a pudding consistency, slightly thick and it will coat the ladle. Switch off.
Let it cool down for few mins, then spoon the mixture into the serving bowls and chill it.
At the serving time, drizzle chocolate sauce, sprinkle the color sugar sprinklers and enjoy Quinoa Chocolate Pudding!
