Apple Fizz Recipe

Apple Fizz is apple juice made with apple sauce and mixed with soda.

  • 2 nos apples (medium sized)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chilled soda
  • few icecubes


  • Wash the apples well.I used my apple cutter to cut into wedges.
  • Now peel off the skin and chop them into bite sized cubes.Transfer cubed apples to a sauce pan.
  • Add sugar,mix well keep covered and set aside for 10mins.
  • Now add water until immersing level.
  • Boil and cook covered for atleast 10mins or until apples become soft and mushy.Cool down completely.
  • Transfer to a mixer jar and blend to a smooth paste.Now get ready with your serving glasses.
  • Get ready with icecubes,apple sauce, and soda.Now first add few icecubes,then 2 tbsp apple sauce in each glass.
  • Now pour soda.Stir stir stir...Enjoy your apple fizz!


  • You can even skip sugar and made the apple sauce.Add sugar while making the fizz.
  • Apple sauce becomes very handy for many eggless recipes so you can make and store in fridge.It keeps well atleast for a week if refrigerated.
  • You can add a dash of ginger juice or lemon juice for added flavour.
  • Adjust sweetness according to your preference.This will be mildly sweet.
