Oatmeal Porridge Recipe

Oats porridge served with lots of nuts and dry fruits makes it great for breakfast

Servings: 2
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/8 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Pista chopped
  • 1 tbsp Almonds chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dried Cranberry
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  1. Boil water, when it starts to boil add rolled oats.

  2. Let it cook for 3-5mins in low flame.

  3. Simmer and let it cook until all the water is absorbed and oats becomes soft and slightly mushy.

  4. This is the right stage,switch off.Then add honey and milk.

  5. Mix well.Now spoon this to a serving bowl.Sprinkle chopped nuts and dry fruits of your choice.
