To a bowl add tomato sauce.
Add chilli flakes, salt,oregano, chopped garlic, paprika powder to it.
Mix it well.
Instant pizza sauce ready.
Take your left over roti / chapathi.
Add 2 tablespoon prepared pizza sauce to it.
Spread it evenly over the roti / chapathi.
Sprinkle around 3 tablespoon cheese.
Add all the toppings, I added sliced, onion, capsicum and boiled corn. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano.
Heat dosa tawa. Gently transfer it to the dosa tawa.
.Cook covered for 3-5 mins or until cheese melts.
Cook in low medium flame or low flame.
.Cheese melted and roti or chapathi pizza is ready.
Cut into wedges and serve hot!
This is no less than a regular pizza. Tastes so good.
Serve Roti Pizza hot!
